The Wraparound Program started at El Centro Del Pueblo in 2015 to serve high risk youth in Los Angeles County referred directly by the Departments of Children and Family Services and the Probation Department. Wraparound provides an educational-based planning process, supportive services and flexible use of resources to do whatever it takes to return and maintain youth with family in the community. The program serves approximately 60 youth and their families each year with a successful graduation rate of the youth referred from the program.
